Argos - Halloween

 Nobody likes mpu’s, but when Argos gave us some juicy little data. A lot of their customers browse their halloween products but few actually go ahead and make any purchases. We just had to do something with that. So we created ‘The ad that haunts you’ - targeted banner ads that haunt you round the internet with Argos products you’ve previously searched for.

Using data, we tracked items a user had googled, then served those products as an advert creating a friendly reminder to buy the product the user had been meaning to purchase. Before you ask we still hate mpu’s, just not as much as before.
